This Children's Online Privacy Policy provides a holistic view of how we handle personal data for children and is part of our regular Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect and use personal data from Piggy Panda users.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States requires us to notify parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. COPPA also requires us to obtain parental or legal guardian consent before allowing children under the age of 13 to use and interact with certain sections, applications, and activities on Piggy Panda. We provide a variety of activities to users, some of which are geared toward children under the age of 13, and others that are geared toward older users.

In some European Union member countries, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to inform parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal data from children under the age of 16. The GDPR also requires us to obtain parental or legal guardian consent before allowing children to use and interact with certain sections, applications, and activities on Piggy Panda.

Verifiable Parental Consent

If we want to collect personal data from a child under the age of 13 in the United States, we must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian, according to COPPA. We will describe what information we want to collect, how we intend to use it, and how the parent can offer and cancel consent in an email (or other approved method) sent to the parent or legal guardian. If we do not receive consent from the parent within a reasonable timeframe, we will delete the child and parent information gathered in response to the request.

Teacher Consent in place if the Parent is absent

Under COPPA, school administrators and teachers are permitted to act on behalf of parents when collecting personal information from children for school-based activities. When collecting personal information from children on their behalf, teachers and school administrators should always notify parents.

Information Obtained From Children, Usage, and Parents Rights Registration

Children can sign up with Piggy Panda to use our applications, software, online applications, view content, enter contests, receive emails, and participate in other activities. We may collect information from children as a result of this. When we collect personal information from a child, we keep it only for as long as is reasonably necessary to allow the child to continue using and interacting with Piggy Panda. When a child's personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete it from our systems. During the registration process we may ask a child to give us information for security purposes, announcements, and notifications. This information includes child’s:

- Name of the user;
- Age of the user (to validate the child’s age); and
- Email address of the user; and
- Parent’s or legal guardian’s email address and other contact information (if relevant).
- Children have the power to choose to give their information to us; however some of Piggy Panda features may not function without the required information.

To consent to COPPA prerequisites, on Piggy Panda where we request the age of an user under the age of 13 (US), we will request their parent, lawful gatekeeper, or educator's email address before we gather any private information from a youngster under such an age. The equivalent is legitimate in the event that a child's assent is essential and the child can't give substantial assent under the GDPR. Assuming you feel that your kid is engaged with an action that gathers individual data and you or another parent or legitimate gatekeeper has not gotten a solicitation to agree to gather such data, kindly reach us utilizing the contact data at the highest point of this page.
